About Diaspora Recruiters Association

Diaspora Recruiters Association is a member-based organization governed by a team of Trustees that champion in consultation with members, to among others to achieve the following objectives:

1. Bringing together Africa skilled labor recruiters.

2. Negotiating Employment opportunities in the Diaspora market.

3. Connecting African talent with other continents.

4. Bringing the larger world to the African continent on matters of skilled labor.

5. Raising a sustainable association.

6. Champion for ethical recruitment practices.

7. Champion in the remittances of diaspora earnings to Kenya and Africa by extension.

8. Positioning the African worker as the most preferred employee globally.

9. Working with Educational providers to improve the curriculum to align to local and international human resource skill requirements that emanate from time to time.

The above will be achieved through an elaborate framework of intentional research and networking.

Dr. Jotham .M. gichuhi Chairman
Dr. Jotham is a Renowned Leadership, governance, and Human resource professional with an experience of more than 18 years. He holds a PhD in organizational leadership from Pan Africa University, an MBA in Finance, and a Bachelor's degree in Education. He is a certified public accountant CPA-K, Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information System Auditor, CIA, and Certified Human resource practitioner, CHRP-K. He is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management, the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Association of the Microfinance Institutions of Kenya, AMFI-K. Jotham Sits on the Board of the Global Institute of Strategic Governance, and Beato Manpower Services and is the Group Chief Executive of A&J Global, the Kenyan, and the US Kansas City Chapters

Baikwinga Kobia Secretary

Baikwinga Kobia is a renowned HR expert with more than 15 years experience. He is a Bachelor of Arts Anthropology graduate of University of Nairobi and holds a Diploma in Law and a Diploma in Human Resources Management.

He is a member of IHRM and a Director of Sunset Cruise Travel Agency.

Muthoni Wamuiya Treasurer
Muthoni Wamuiya is an experienced advocate and a partner of Muthoni Wamuiya and Mohammed Advocates. She's seasoned Entrepreneur with over 17 years working hands on Senior Management Positions. She has been an active director of Jukoma Enterprises Limited since 2005 and a Board member of Saimwaju Enterprises Limited and St. Joseph Nursing Hospital.

Winfred Ngola Secretariat

Winfred Ngola is a Legal and HR professional with 7+ years’ experience in the HR and Admin Department. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Kenyatta University and Higher Diploma in HR from College of Human Resource Management.

Miriam .n. Bonzo Secretariat

Miriam N. Bonzo is Certified Trainer by the National Industrial Training Authority of Kenya in Homecare management. She holds a Diploma in Marketing and

Diploma in House keeping and laundry. She sits in the Board Transformative Trainers Association of Kenya and a Director of Workster Consult Agency

Francis Cheruiyot Trustee
Francis is a financial corporate advisor with more than 18 years in Finance, Accounting and Human Resources Administration He also owns a Human resource management firm focusing on skilled Labor. Francis holds a Master degree in Business Administration and also a certified public accountant of Kenya (CPA-K) and wealth of experience in the Oil and Gas industry
